Information about geothermal heat
As suggested by its name, geothermal heat is derived from the heat accumulated in the ground, rock and water. When capturing this natural heat, it is transferred and circulated using Naturet heat transfer fluid in order to heat properties and service water. Geothermal heating systems can also be used to cool facilities, in which case heat energy of the property can be transferred back into the ground, from where it can be used again for heating.
Geothermal heat is growing strongly as a heating method as people become more environmentally conscious. The number of installed geothermal heating systems is increasing rapidly. Altia has more than 30 years of experience in geothermal fluid production and product development. The Finnish Naturet heat transfer fluid is ecological, non-toxic and safe for the environment.
